This paper collect and finishing the drought,hail,high winds,floods,lightning,low temperature and freezing all meteorological disaster information Xining region in 1951-2012 by the Bureau of Civil Affairs,meteorological disasters ceremony,and optimize the data format is entered or imported into the database system meteorological disaster data entry,query,statistics,analysis and distribution of the situation.
