The Analysis of Digital Convergence and its Impacts Based on Home Network

Beginning on describing the increasingly importance of home network,this paper introduces and studies the digital convergence and its impacts based on home network.The information technologies and products are on the way from multi-criterions to criterion convergence.The corporations of network,communications,software,hardware and consuming electronics are building alliances to accelerate the inter-compatibility of home network technologies and products.So the industry convergence is promoted,and the home network market maybe grows larger and larger.Home network drives services convergence and innovation,forms new value chains,where the network operations,applications and services changed and converged by a win-win business model,where collaboration is necessary and supported by policies and other sources.For home network industry,based on technology,contents acts as the headspring,application plays the role of power,and collaboration is the key.
