Effective traffic control is the basis of steady efficient networks and the premise of QoS service models and technology. Traffic control uses the fundamental of science to measure the web traffic.The paper analyzes depicting and modeling,investigates the characteristic of affected capability and the ways to control web traffic,and concluded the purpose of enhance and optimize the internet.The measure based on the Internet Traffic Engineering theory that is to constitute the models with queuing theory.The pa- per describes the characteristic of the correlation flow control through analytic formulas.
