Study of channel allocation function in 3G mobile communication system

The management of the radio resource plays an important role in mobile communication system. Firstly the paper introduces a model of radio resource management and analyses the functional part of the RRM mode. Three different Algorithms of the dynamic channel allocation are compared in the paper to give the rules for choosing a more better one in realization. In addition, call access control function of RRM is intruduced intruduced in the paper.
