Ontology modeling and semantic retrieval for aircraft fault knowledge

Aiming at the practical difficulties of fault knowledge sharing and application in current aircraft maintenance support work,representation modeling and retrieval application of aircraft fault knowledge are studied.Based on the field characteristics and sharing requirement of aircraft fault knowledge,ontology is selected as knowledge representation method.The knowledge source of aircraft fault ontology is analyzed according to ontology elements,and the construction method of ontology engineering for aircraft fault knowledge is proposed.On the basis of the ontology model,semantic retrieval model of aircraft fault knowledge is researched,similarity matching algorithm of semantic retrieval based on nearest neighbor retrieval strategy and its implementation process are proposed.A prototype of aircraft fault knowledge management system is developed and applied in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
