Briefly introduces a bearing quality testing system based on PLC controlling,and introduces the working process and methods of hardware and software designing.This system is able to do the automatic delivering,orientation,testing and sorting in the product line.It can do the automatic bearing quality testing on product line,and it increases the testing precision and efficiency.
