Research on Inter-organization of the E-government Collaboration Service Mechanism

The paper analyzes the procedures and characteristics of E-government collaborative services and presents an organization platform subject which is composed of service level, business flow level, workflow level and resource level. Then the inter-organization of the collaboration service is modeled based on the information security system and operation management system. Finally, this paper provides several realization mechanisms including data exchange based on XML, business process integration based on workflow technology and web services, application system integration. The results of the study can be of benefit to the benign development of innovation-driven inter-organization of the E-government collaboration service.
