Design and Implementation of Traffic′s Chain of Command Based on MAS/GIS

With the development of communication technology, traffic inspect and control in the real time become much more important. A solution of traffic inspect and control system, which is based on GIS/MAS/WC(wireless communication) in the real time, are introduced and discussed the software architecture, function and realizing principle of command center(chain of command) based on this solution.
