On application of Projecting Pursuit Classification model based on RAGA in bidding evaluation

The paper adopts the Projecting Pursuit Classification,transfers from the high-dimensional data to low dimension space,and optimizes the projecting index function and model parameters by the Real-code Accelerating Genetic Algorithm,so as to have the program decision according to the projecting value and have the verification with examples.
