A Re-examination on Synonym

First, the current definition of synonym is inappropriate. Words with common or close meanings should be separated and the synonym should has a deserved position; secondly, the content word's meaning should be the standard and theoretical foundation to define synonym; thirdly, there are types of synonym with different natures and characteristics; finally, present and past words and morpheme can constitute thesaurus and the meaning of color is necessary in such case.
