An Improved LEE Algorithm of SAR Image Filtering

In the light of contradiction of reducing speckle and effective keeping details in Speckle filtering for SAR images,this paper studied the common speckle noise filters in spatial domain.On this basis,the median filter was combined into the enhanced Lee filter and thus improved the LEE filter algorithm.This method can filter the speckle noise and well maintain the image edges and details of the texture information.
