Review for Glyphosate-resistant Transgenic Cotton and the Related Gene Research in China

According to current research of glyphosate-resistant and transgenic cotton in China,all related studies were summarized in this paper and the principle and method were also showed for utilizing of glyphosate-resistant genes in transgenic cotton breeding.These research results could decrease labor cost,improve productivity and competition ability of agriculture in China.Meanwhile transgenic crops face new oppounities and challenges in bio-safety and commercial competition.
