The Discussion on E-government and Its Strategy of Development for China

The development of IT is affecting the mode of transference of information, mode of communication and mode of organization of society management, and contributes to the development of E-government. The paper discusses the status of the development of E-government in foreign countries, and puts forward some suggestions based on the problems in the development of Chinese E-government.
