Local information can be highly extracted with EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition) method which is of high adaptability and can decompose complex signals into Intrinsic Mode Functions that are of physical meaning.Since there are end effects in EMD,this paper proposes to that take advantage of SVM mirrorizing extension to eliminate the end effects in EMD.The method is practical and can achieved good results. The paper presents a method on the reorganization of delay time interval in little-difference explosion based on improved EMD,and put it into application to the analysis of the blast vibration data obtained from one project.Firstly, these blast vibration data are decomposed into several IMFs;then the envelope amplitude of the main IMFs is extracted to recognize the real delay time interval in little-difference explosion and provide a certain analytical idea of the design parameters on delay time interval in little-difference explosion.
