This paper describes the realizable principle and course of monitor in network communication, according to interconnected (OSI ) system of seven layers structure of open system of international standardization, by utilizing the network to urge the interface to standardize WinDis32 V5. 0 technology, monitor in network communication has realized its one layer of control on chain floor of the data, has finished intercepting and capturing, solving one and analysing in real time of data frame to flowing on the net.
