Impact factors analysis of acute myocardial infarction delays

Objective To investigate the impact factors of the acute myocardial infarction delays.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients′ who with acute myocardial infarction and treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.According to equation of time from the onset moment to the treated time,they were divide into exceeding of 6 hours group and less than 6 hours group,then the factors leading to delay in treatment was analyzed.Results The factors which lead to patients′ treatment delay mainly include age,time of onset,history of hypertension,and the difference between the two groups have no statistical significance ( P0.05).Conclusion To summary the influential factors of delay then improve the treatment process,will help to protect the life and health of patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduce the mortality rate greatly.
