Automatic Control System in the High-pressure Water Jet Descaling of Steel-pipe Product Line

Programmable logic controller is used as key component of control system in high-pressure water jet descaling of steel-pipe product line.Through detecting these signals such as the temperature,pressure and hydraulic level of descaling system,the PLC-control system can adjust the pressure of high-pressure water,and control the hydraulic level pressure of water-gas accumulator,and water level of low-pressure- water tank.The system can complete soft start high-pressure pump,and sequent control of relevant electromotor and electrovalve.it can inter- lockingly control relational equipments when malfunction or alarm occurs,and realize dascaling for steel pipe with the aid of high-pressure water jet automatically.In accordance with different specification and variety of steel pipe,the control system can select corresponding work mode and work pressure,and has all kinds of interlocking and protecting functions.It is safe,reliable,easy to maintenance.It can ensure stable quality of products and satisfy the high-standard requirements to appearance quality of steel pipe.
