The Structure of Multimode Receiver Using Software Radio Technology

The necessity of using multimode mobile telephone in mobile communication and the various structures of software radio are described. The multimode receiver structure which can receive multi-standards mobile communication signals is presented. The structure adopts low IF principle of software radio technology. The advantages, disadvantages and the factors which determine the resource's requirement are discussed.
