Issues being Resolved Concerning computer crime——The Relation between Reality and necessity

Faced the rapid development of computer crimes, we should search for legislative breakthrough between reality and necessity to crack down on computer crimes. In view of necessity, the concept of computer crime should be a criminological concept. Before added new computer crimes, necessity should be examined in the constitutive elements of crime and the economic principle of criminal law.
