According to the current situation of electronic record applications in public security organs of Dalian, digital record system is designed to meet the actual demand of public security organs with powerful functions developed by using relevant software development technology. The system's perfect function design can guarantee the security and data confidentiality of handling cases for the public security organs, guarantee the storage security of record documents and ensure the legitimate accesses of authorized personnel and avoid the problems existing in the current digital record system, such as unconformable making norms and low software security performance. The system has a good applicability and application prospects.
