Based on the demand of the real-time water regime monitoring system,using the technology of ArcGIS server and platform of NET,we developed the real-time water regime monitoring system which had met the requirements and had strong practicability.It achieved network sharing,displaying,inquiring and monitoring of the water and rainfall data,which were up-to-date,dynamic and spatial.This system had improved the work efficiency of water and rainfall data collection and brought social and economical benefits in reservoir regulation.
