Research into MIDI Musical Sound Synthesis Chips Based on DFM

This paper is intended to design a musical sound synthesis chip by studying the musical sound synthesizer chip principle based on DFM technology.The whole chip circuit based on 0.6 μm CMOS process design is simulated by using a Cadence platform.The simulation results show that this designed circuit has fulfilled all requirements of musical sound synthesis and the development requirements of performance index.
