Congestion control on wireless network technology in MiroSot

Congestion control technology on wireless network in MiroSot is discussed. By the characteristics of intelligent agents and the decision subsystem, the congestion control mechanism based on the multi-intelligent-agent structure and the expert-control system is presented. Applying the mechanism in the MicroSot system can solve and avoid the problem of potential network congestion.
