Research on Application of Personalized Recommendation Based on Association Rule in Digital Library

Collaborative filtering is the most successful technology for building recommendation systems.Unfortunately,the efficiency of this method declines linearly with the number of users and items.One kind of personalized recommendation model which integrates association rule and collaborative filtering technology is designed to solve this problem.This kind of recommendation model,not only solve the same class book recommendation to which association rule is not suit and different class book recommendation to which collaborative filtering is not suit,but also improve recommending speed which is very key for on-line recommendation,therefore it greatly achieves good recommending results and application prospect in Digital Library.
