Currently,Knowledge Representation and Reasoning Based on OWL,RDF has become hotspot of research and application in Semantic Web.In Common-Softwate Domain Knowledge,the article introduce algorithms of construct and knowledge reasoning for concept semantic network graph based on RDF knowledge base.
