On the basis of the characteristics and requirements of network operation management in urban rail transit, this paper builds a multilevel hierarchical platform of network operation assistant decision making and emergency for urban rail transit.Three-level hierarchical structure is established according to operation and management mode of urban rail transit system. It relies on respective exchange and fusion between multi-resource information with diverse structure by employing standardized interface program. It focuses on supervision information deployed to match corresponding warning classification, sections of monitoring trains related to real-time positioning, and analysis for dynamic passengers flow in network. These crucial techniques are developed in order to produce data sharing resource for further decision making, including establishing transportation capacity coordination in transfer stations, access evacuation in transport hub and rescue resources deployment in the state of emergency. The platform has realized the integration of professional information sharing, common used communication of software and hardware, and business applications. The practical project indicates that the platform has improved the convenience and efficiency of network operation and emergency management of urban rail transit.
