Realization of Low Voltage Cascode Bandgap Reference with Soft Startup

A type of low voltage cascode bandgap reference circuits with soft startup is presented in this paper.Based on 0.5 μm 2P3M BiCMOS Process,a low voltage cascade current mirror is used to reduce the denpendency of power supply,and banish the contradiction between precision and remaining,simultaneously add the circuits of soft startup,and We simulated with HL50S-S3.1S.lib library file in the HSPICE,which PSRR is about-78.9dB.
