Application of PLC in the Production of Sake and Mirin

PLC technique has been used in the production of Sake and Mirin with its network using 10/100M self-adapting TCP/IP industry Ethernet,which could realize the control of the whole auto-control production system.One-year production practice proved that the application of PLC had the advantages including stable and reliable working,accurate and precise control of technical parameters,and high security(which completely accorded with the production requirements in yellow rice wine industry).Besides,its use could increase wine yield by 30 % and produce evident economic benefits for enterprises.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
