Provably Secure Multi-Receiver Signcryption Scheme

An efficient multi-recipient signcryption scheme based on the bilinear pairing was proposed,which broadcasts a message to multiple users in a secure and authenticated manner. The signcryption scheme can sign and encrypt message at the same time,and only the receiver can recover the sent message. What's more,the proposed scheme is also very efficient regarding to the computation costs and the communication overheads.
