Generally speaking,logic refers to the reasoning by formal methods and inference involves drawing an unknown judgment from the known judgments.As different peoples have different thought patterns,in translation logic and inference are two indispensable factors to be considered.And so is the case also in the translation of scientific writings.This paper centers the logic inference in the translation process.
