The Bounds of Eigenvalue for Weakly Chained Dominant M-Matrix

Using the constructed method gets new improved bounds of non-diagonal elements of the inverse matrix A-1of weak chain diagonally dominant M-matrix A,and using these estimation formula gets the new bounds of diagonal elements of A-1. Lastly mixing together these new bounds with the classical lower bound of minimum eigenvalue of τ( A) for this matrix gets the new improved and easy to calculate bounds.
