Comparative Research on International and Domestic Net Law

This text has introduced the legislation on the network security,electronic government,electronic commerce and garbage information of international and domestic,through the comparative research,the author want to find the deficiency of network legislation in our country,and proposes that we should use the experiences of foreign country for reference in order to restrict the behavior on net.
