The Research and Design of SSD Controller based on FPGA

With the increasingly high cost-effective,the SSD based on Flash memory chips have become a handheld electronic storage devices in the mainstream and has begun a large scale in areas such as access to notebook computers.SSD controller is the core component of SSD,the performance of SSD determine the performance of SSD directly.As a result of a programmable FPGA,design flexibility,short design cycle,the advantages of upgrading can be online,this article research on FPGA-based 16-channel,dual-core SSD controller.
