This paper discusses several problems of implementing the information analysis and decision support system for power supply customer relation management (CRMADSS). It also discusses the basic function and structure of CRMADSS.The system hes been realized with Brio 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 etc.in networks and has been put into applications.
