On the grounds of tri-networks integration policy,and according to the trend analysis of the digital media content industry,third-party trust agency should be established.Based on the new pattern of industrialization,and digital media content protection technical requirements of each part,options for technical solution are proposed.Finally,objectives and standards of options are concluded.
