A Statistical Analysis of Funded-papers in Systems Engineering-Theory & Practice

This paper,adopted the method of document metrology,is intended to make a statistical analysis of the four following aspects: numbers of the funded thesis,the fund-aided amounts,distribution of the finance-sponsored organizations and systematic distribution of the funded thesis in the periodical Systems Engineering Theory and Practice over the years of 2002 and 2004,and thus providing references for the knowledge of the fund aid in China's systems engineering,the research stages and potentials in scientific field from all such organizations and divisions.
