Realization of XML-based and Non-module File Upload

In the rise of XML, making use of XML and ADO Stream to realize file upload. It doesn't require transforming HTML, and sustaining module to upload multiple files. Because it is designed with pure script language, it is easy to insert into third part code and doesn't require other HTML object.
