On the editting typesetting of sci-tech scholarly journals

Ever since the beginning of the 1980's, our country has published a series of standards and criteria for editting and typeset, and different publication has made different standards in their own fields. The new standards have done a great deal in promoting the level of scholarly journals, but the standards and norms are not exactly the same as in the publishing and printing world, which causes much trouble to them working in these fields.The present paper exemplifies the existing problems in practice and a special effort is made in discussing the compatibility of the norms between printing edition and electronic edition.
