Construction of characteristic campus culture at county Radio & TV universities

Campus construction means much to the sustainable development of Radio TV universities. It is regarded as the soul of a school. County Radio TV universities facing severe developmental problem at the moment. Without characteristics and far-reaching thoughts, County Radio TV universities can not stand stably. The paper elaborates from four aspects as county level's definition、campus culture's meaning、current situation of their construction and building with characteristics.
