The test of transformer plays a very important role in ensuring its quality and performance.The traditional test mode for electronic transformers is conducted by hand and has such drawbacks as low efficiency,poor accuracy and lack of security.The integrated test system for electronic transformer can be an effective substitution for traditional test devices,as it can test the comprehensive properties and make fault diagnosis of transformers automatically.The test power supply system uses an industrial computer and PLC to form a monitor management system,and thus can easily control and switch various running states of the power supply system.This system provides a good test environment for transformers that meet the testing and controlling needs,and thus improve the overall automation and efficiency of the whole testing system.
