Evaluation on China Knowledge-based Economy Efficiency Based on Neural Network

Taking capital,labor and information resource as input,GDP as output,this paper measures China knowledge-based economy efficiency with data envelopment analysis.The result shows that,the efficiency gap is insignificant in central eastern China,but that between west and central eastern areas is quite remarkable.BP neural network is trained on this basis,and then used to evaluate the knowledge-based economy efficiency with high accuracy,which may provide a new means for technology efficiency evaluation.
