Web notary as a notary,fit with the characteristics of infringement of intellectual property network,are often applied to such cases,the evidence of fixed infringement.Web notary can indeed play the role of evidence in changing,easy to change the fix-ed network of the world,but in reality,due to instrument page notarized application flaws and reduce the effectiveness of evidence,not even the court accepted.Therefore,to further refine and improve the website of fair procedures is a priority.
