A Simple Service Architecture with High Availability
Wei Ming · Information Security and Communications Privacy · 2011
The Client obtains the service from the servers via unique channel in traditional C/S architecture, this could hardly realize the disaster-tolerant recovery, and for the existence of single-point failure and low expansibility, thus the traditional C/S architecture could not satisfy the requirement of the high-availability environment. Based on the key requirements of service architecture with high availability,a service architecture with high availability is proposed. The composition of this architecture, the process of the response flow and the choosing policy of the provider are described in detail. In addition, the feasibility for implementing the service with high availability is analyzed.
