A General Framework for Effectiveness Evaluation of Datalink System

This paper introduces the concepts related to effectiveness evaluation of datalink system as well as the way it influences the combat progress. The index system for effectiveness evaluation, calculation and aggregation methods belong to different level are given. Upon that, we propose a general framework for effectiveness evaluation of datalink system. We believe the framework to be a good reference for the development and application of datalink system.
