Study on Systematic Analysis Applied to Anaerobic Digestion System

Anaerobic digestion system is a very complex system. There are many variables in the anaerobic digestion system, and have the relationship of strong coupling and strong nonlinear among all the variables. The traditional analysis method for the complex system constructs the model by building the structure model, such as Anaerobic Digestion Model No.1 (ADM1).In this paper, it shows the applicability and limit of the structure model, and draws the conclusion that system dynamic is the best fit for the anaerobic digestion system by balancing the Neural Networks System,Expert System and System Dynamic. It gives the model of acetate degradation as an example of the process of constructing system dynamic model.
