Compact Process of Cast Iron Melting

Aimed at the problems of consuming energy,time and large labour-force in traditional process of cast iron melting,the compact process of cast iron melting was discussed,which use hot metal liquid from blast furnace as raw material directly to produce iron castings.The characteristics of the process and the advantages in save energy,reducing consumption and reducing carbon emissions were discussed.The problems faced in the course of practice were put forward.
