Application of Multivariable Interpolation Algorithm Based on Weight Function of the Distance's Reciprocal in the Design of Equalizer

Equalizer with multi-cavities is a kind of typical complex microwave structure.Using the interpolation algorithm to dispose the measurement database is the key in the design of equalizer.A multivariable interpolation algorithm which aims at the [S] parameter measurement database of complex microwave structures is presented here.The main thought of this algorithm is introduced in this paper.Using the C++Builder programme software and Matlab fit software,the paper also presents the one dimensional,two dimensional interpolation examples of microwave equalizer.The improvement of interpolation algorithm is presented here by using the Origin software.The result of calculation indicates that the two kinds of measurement database can achieve effective data interpolation disposal by using the algorithm with proper interpolation precision.The algorithm has great practical value in microwave engineering design.
