The Design of Low Phase Noise Signal Generator Based on DDS

In the paper,the principle of DDS and the characteristics of DDS chip AD9852 are introduced.The design method of a frequency source circuit based on MCU and DDS is presented.By using MCU chip AT89C51 to control DDS chip AD9852,a signal with low phase noise is obtained.Some points to get optimum phase noise performance are given.The conclusion is useful for low phase noise DDS circuit design.
