Design and Implementation of Baseband Channel Codec Based on DVB-C

In this paper,we introduce the design and realization of a sort of base-ban d channel coder/decoder in detail.This design consults DVB-C bluebook and E1 interface standard,and it is realized through the adopting of FPGA and appli-c ation specific IC.The design features low-cost,high-transparency and good-c ompatibility.At the same time,the equipment has been successfully applied to t elevision conference system.
