The system of short message service platform of traffic peccancy information real-time release and inquiry is developed based on GSM MODEM technology.This system supports the functions such as massive short message release,automatic response and short message return receipt.As a result,the peccancy information is not passively consulted but initiatively released,and interactive inquiry function is offered.This system plays an important role in maintaining the expedite traffic.
